Windows 7 Logon Background Changer is a free open source program that allows you to easily change the background of the Windows 7 logon screen.
It is pretty easy to use and the results are very attractive. You'll only have to select one of the backgrounds and click the apply button to enjoy your new background.
The program also offers different images included by default in the folder where they are stored into.
Finally, the settings menu lets you apply different shadow levels below the text and that's perfect for complex backgrounds.
